Description
The UST sharpener (20-310-635) is pocket-sized for ease and has a carabineer clip. It has two stages of sharpening: fine ceramic and coarse carbide.
Instructions:
- Grasp sharpener firmly by textured grip handle
- Insert knife blade into channel at a 90 degree angle
- Reset edge with carbide, hone sharpness with ceramic
- Repeat until blade is sharp
