The Kershaw Scallion knife (1620BLK) is one of the bestsellers in the Kershaw range and this model adds a tactical, sleek twist to a classic folding knife. The overall length of the knife is 5.94" when open and 3.55" when closed, with a weight of 2.5 oz.

The blade of the Scallion is made from 420HC stainless steel which provides excellent rust resistance, is easy to sharpen when required and is exceptionally tough. The black DLC (diamond-like carbon) finish provides a non-reflective surface and is corrosion resitant. The 2.41" blade ends in a fine spear point and has a hollow ground recurve cutting edge. The blade is deployed using the index flipper tab with Kershaw's SpeedSafe Assisted action for fast and reliable access.

The black polymer handle features stainless steel liners and black Torx hardware. With thick, textured scales, the knife is comfortable to hold and offers plenty of grip. The Scallion has a tip-lock slide towards the bottom of the handle which prevents accidental opening of the blade when engaged and the liner lock ensures the blade is firmly in place when open. Additionally, the knife has a right hand, tip-down pocket clip for secure attachment and a hole to attach a lanyard if desired.
