The Fenix HM70R is a rechargeable head torch, powered by a 21700 Li-ion battery for optimal performance and runtimes. A 5000mAh 21700 ARB-L21-5000 cell is included. 18650 cells are also compatible when used an ALF-18 battery holder (available separately).

Maximum output of 1600 lumens (white light) with a range of up to 186 meters.

The HM70R features triple light sources making it very flexible with white light, neutral white and red outputs. Red light is useful for preserving night vision and the neutral white provides improved colour rendition.

Turbo: 1600 lumens - 2 hours* - 186 meters
High: 500 lumens - 6 hours - 105 meters
Medium: 150 lumens - 30 hours - 53 meters
Low: 30 lumens - 100 hours - 26 meters

Charging the HM70R is via USB-C, and the charging port is protected by a aluminium screw cap to keep out water and dust. A USB Type-C cable is included and when used with 2A adapter can be fully charged in only 4 hours.

Operation of the HM70R is via a large all-in-one switch for easy one handed operation even when wearing gloves. The light can also be locked out to prevent accidental operation by pressing and holding the switch for 3 seconds. Indicator lights inside the switch show the remaining battery power.

The headband of the HM70R features reflective stripes on the outside and anti-slip silicone strips on the inside to help keep the light in place. The light can be angled up or down through 180 degrees.

An all metal body constructed from A6061-T6 aluminium helps keep the weight down while also helping dissipate heat from the LEDs.

Waterproof to IP68 - submersible to 2 meters for up to 4 hours.
