Its a 4 star rating only because of the good price on flashaholics. The first Eagletac torch I have owned. Short battery compartment caught me out. Only works with CR123 or 68mm max 18560 cells. Spotlight performance is good at top end but only lasts a very short time on the Eagletac battery I had to buy to fit and I am not going to invest more money trying to find a better short battery. Lanyard clip broke first time out. OK budget buy IMO but so far off the pace of a brand like Fenix that I know well, if you can afford better then opt for that

Description

The Eagletac M25C2 is a compact flashlight with a big head! Designed for long throw, the M25C2 features a large, deep polished reflector that throws the beam out to 498 meters. The torch is powered by either 1 x 18650 button top battery or 2 x single use CR123 cells.

Featuring a Cree XM-L2 U2 cool tint LED, the M25C2 can operate in regular mode, which has four brightness levels, or tactical mode with two brightness levels plus strobe. There are also seven hidden auxiliary outputs of strobe and beacon settings.

Regular Mode
Turbo: 980 ANSI lumens - 1 hr runtime
High: 449 ANSI lumens - 1.9 hrs runtime
Mid: 86 ANSI lumens - 11 hrs runtime
Low: 7 ANSI lumens - 100+ hrs runtime


Tactical Mode
High: 980 ANSI lumens - 1 hr runtime
Low: 141 ANSI lumens - 7 hrs runtime

Plus strobe, flash, SOS & beacon modes.

Maximum beam distance 498 meters.

Available in Base or Kit versions:

The Base Version has fixed smooth black bezel & includes: carry bag, spare O rings, wrist lanyard, pocket clip, tail stand rubber boot, cigar holding grip, cigar grip cover ring.
