The Nitecore EC22 features the new rotary 'infinitely variable brightness' dial on the side of the torches head, which can adjust from 0.5 lumens all the way up to the maximum of 1000 lumens.

Utilising a Cree XP-L HD V6 LED with a lifespan of 50,000 hours, the EC22 has a maximum range of 185 meters. The LED sits behind a crystal coated lens and inside a precision reflector for optimum performance.

Powered by a single button top 18650 Li-ion battery (recommended for the best runtimes) or two CR123A cells. Please note that due to the reverse polarity protection flat top 18650 cells will not work in the EC22.

Brightness Levels and Runtimes:

• Turbo: 1000 lumens - 1 hour runtime
• Ultralow: 0.5 lumens - 500 hours runtime
• Strobe: 1000 lumens

The EC22 has been designed with every day carry in mind by eliminating the tail switch. which helps keep the torch short and easy to pocket. All controls are operated via the rotary dial including on / off. The flat tail cap also provides a stable base allowing the EC22 to tail stand for hands free use.

A high efficiency circuit (non-pwm) provides unwavering output while alleviating visual fatigue. Advanced Temperature Regulation (ATR) adapts the lights output in accordance with ambient temperature for optimum performance and to prolong the life of the LED.

Constructed from aerospace grade aluminium with HAIII hard anodised finish. The head diameter is 25.4mm making it compatible with a wide range of Nitecore filters, diffusers and traffic wands.

Waterproof in accordance with IPX8 (2 meter submersible) and impact resistant to drops from 1 meter in height.
